Onboard weighing systems

Báscula de pesaje a bordo

Since 1998, PLASTECNIC, under its patent, has manufactured an on-board weighing system for trucks with pneumatic suspension that allows to know at all times the weight of the load the vehicle is transporting, turning it into an accurate mobile scale.

Onboard scales

Our onboard weighing system reads the variations of the pneumatic suspension during loading processes. Converting the air pressure to weight. With a minimum margin of error (0.5%), quickly and reliably.

This display indicates Tare, Gross, Net, Axle Weights, load distribution, and difference up to Maximum Weight, in addition to broadcasting all this information via Bluetooth to our free APP.

Plastecnic On-Board Weighing is designed to be installed on articulated trucks, rigid trucks, road trains, mega-trucks, collection trucks, garbage trucks, etc.

Conectividad y aplicaciones

Our app allows you to connect the display installed in the truck cabin with your mobile phone, managing your loading process better and allowing the user to have precise control of the load that your vehicle transports without needing to be in the truck’s cabin.

  • VIEWING AND CONTROL OF YOUR SYSTEM
  • AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMING
  • SHARE THE LOCATION AND WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE
  • DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR THE PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION

Advantages

  • Increase vehicle productivity.
  • No more traffic tickets for overloading.
  • Instant knowledge of the load your truck is carrying.
  • Fuel savings and reduction of CO2 emissions.
  • Avoid unnecessary overloading per axle.
  • Extends the useful life of the vehicle and controls possible suspension failures.
  • Easy installation and without maintenance.
  • Automatic and versatile programming, up to eight semi-trailers.
  • Acoustic signal when you approach the maximum selected weight.
  • Connection with Fleet Control Systems.
