Evolution
Plastecnic was founded in 1995 to develop solutions for the transportation world. Initially, it established itself in the national market by launching self-lubricating plates for the fifth Wheel. This product fitted perfectly with the market’s needs and became indispensable for transporters throughout the country.
Due to the success of this product and the high quality of its human team, Plastecnic decided to develop a revolutionary electronic system to offer a solution for truck loading control.
A little later, in 1998, Plastecnic launched the on-board weighing system for vehicles with pneumatic suspension, turning the vehicle into an accurate mobile scale, which allows the user to know at all times the weight of the load it is transporting.
This consolidated the brand as a leader in its market and opened the doors to the European market.
In 1999, due to the needs of its clients to reduce the tare of their vehicles to the maximum, Plastecnic manufactured the first aluminium landing leg. It was designed to meet three main requirements: light, robust, and easy to operate.
Twenty-seven years later, Plastecnic continues to grow and improve, innovating in transportation solutions and betting on top-quality Spanish manufacturing to continue making a difference.
